You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of any works/services without express written consent from me.
Prices for products/services on this site are subject to change without notice. I reserve the right to modify or discontinue products/services without notice at any time.
I have made every effort to display the colors and images of my products as accurately as possible, and in doing so I cannot guarantee that the screen/monitor on which you’re viewing said products will display colors and images the same.
I reserve the right to modify or update any information within this page of Terms and Conditions without notice at any time for any reason.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
All orders ship USPS Priority within 2 business days of received payment.
I can only ship throughout the United States — However, I’m working to change that, thank you for being patient with me.
I package all orders as safely and securely as possible, though I am not responsible for any damage that occurs as a result of transit.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
I cannot accept returns or exchanges at this time. All sales are final and all digital downloads are non-refundable, by purchasing you acknowledge that you’ve read all shop policies before purchasing.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please don’t hesitate to contact me, as I will try my best to correct any problems that may arise (within reason).
PAYMENT
Credit card and Paypal are currently accepted.
Credit card information is always encrypted and protected via Squarespace.
COMMISSIONS & CONTRACTS
I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
50% of the proposed overall cost will be paid up front before any work can begin. This down payment cannot be refunded. As art can be filled with great subjectivity, sometimes a client ends up unhappy with the outcome of the project regardless of time and effort put into the works. Please understand that the nonrefundable deposit is to protect myself as a working artist.
The overall cost is based on size, subject matter, materials, and production time of the work(s).
By agreeing to commission work, you’re acknowledging that you’ve read all the terms and conditions prior to any work.
